Floors: Vacuum, sweep, and mop all living areas and hallways.

Restocking: Refill essential supplies like toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and coffee.

Inspection Check: Empty trash cans and quickly check for any left-behind items, property damage, or missing inventory.

Maintenance Services - Starting $65 a hour.

Property Turnover & Make Ready Services - Cleaning, minor repairs, maintenance, and property preparation between tenants or guests. Service scope and completion time are based on property size, condition and work required.
